What is in your Wedding Photography contract?
Our contract is a typical photographer's contract and is designed to protect both photographer and client interests. It includes the following topics: Contact Information, Description of Services and Corresponding Invoice, Limitation of Services, Deposit and Payment Requirements, Client Obligations, Photographer Obligations, Liability of Photographer, Cancellation by Client, Reshoots, Copyrights, and Signatures. For Wedding Photography clients we will gladly mail out a Wedding information Package that includes a copy of the contract, as well as other information pertaining to wedding photography.
Do you include photo albums or frames in any of your packages?
No. There is such a wide variety of album and frame styles, we feel it is best for you to make your own selection. If you would like our suggestions or tips on finding the perfect way to display your photos, we're glad to help. We are also willing to purchase these items for you and put your pictures in them if it is more convenient for you. In this case, you would need to provide payment for the extra costs in advance.
What different wedding packages do you have?
We have complete listings of our packages and pricing on this website. Our packages are designed to be very flexible to suit the individual needs of each client. If you prefer a custom package, we also offer all products and services individually, while maintaining reasonable prices.
At the reception, are the bride and groom expected to make arrangements to feed the photographer(s)?
Yes. We like eating too, especially wedding food. Remember that we're working hard to get you great pictures, so we don't have enough time to run to the nearest Swiss Chalet, Mandarin, or even Montanas. Besides, we appreciate taking a short break at mealtime anyway, since most people don't like having their picture taken while they're eating.
How far in advance should we arrange an engagement portrait session?
Your complimentary engagement photo session can be arranged anytime after you have booked your wedding with us, but we recommend at least 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding. This allows time for rescheduling due to poor weather, and for ordering a large print if you wish to have it available for guests to see (or sign) at the wedding.
Can we see your portfolio in person and discuss our specific wedding needs?
We have lots of samples available for your viewing on this website, but we also welcome you to meet with us in person. We are happy to book a free consultation to answer all your questions and show you "real" portfolio samples in a casual, no-obligation environment. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and service we offer and that you will give us strong consideration when making a final decision on a photographer.
