For Very Fragile Pictures or If you want us to scan – Bring Pictures In

FIRST - Don’t do anything to your image which may cause further damage such as: removing it from a sticky photo album or frame, trying to wipe off marks or dirt, trying to remove brittle images from frames, etc. It is best not to handle fragile pictures at all. Bring in your well-protected image, leaving it in the album or frame if necessary and we will estimate it immediately.

SECOND - If you bring in your original, we can copy your picture, while you wait if necessary, and you can choose your order and provide payment. Call for an appointment.

THIRD - We send you a completed digital file and any ordered options and a DVD.

For Not So Fragile Pictures – E-mail it

FIRST – Contact us to discuss. This will save you work in the end, and possibly money.

SECOND – Ensure your scanner and picture are free of dust. Scan your image using 600 dpi for prints and 3200 dpi for negatives or slides. For enlargements of your originals, call us to discuss higher resolution requirements. Then, send or deliver a disk copy of your images to us with your name, contact information and order instructions, and provide payment.

THIRD - We send you a completed digital file and any ordered options and your DVD.
